  USPAP, What Realtors & Brokers Must Know The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) governs the appraisal industry and requires  appraisers to follow it's rules.  Enforcement in Florida is promulgated through the DBPR, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
